Inabox offers complete Office 365 Fast Lane product

Wholesale telecommunications and IT services group Inabox Group has launched an Office 365 Fast Lane product, so that its telco retail service providers can offer this product.

A statement from the company said this was the first cloud offering it had specifically designed to assist its RSPs to adopt cloud product offerings.

Inabox claimed that this would enable RSPs to "dramatically improve their margins, earning up to six times more than by providing only standalone Office 365 licences to clients".

The Inabox offering includes the 365 Fast Lane product and end-to-end support and automation, including:

  • pre-sales support through Inabox's "Cloud Sales Assist" training programmes;
  • migration support in partnership with market-leading migration company Skykick;
  • an integration wizard that automates the technical aspects of providing 365 Fast Lane every step of the way, from pre-sales to implementation; and
  • support for completing sales proposals and contracting.

Inabox general manager, Cloud, David Swinton said: "Many of our service providers are focused on telecommunications, and for them, cloud is new. With Office 365 Fast Lane we’re giving them something that is ready to take to market and on-sell to the customer.

"But what makes it unique is, on top of the Office 365 Fast Lane offering, we have packaged it up with dedicated sales training, to assist retail service providers without the technical expertise on their journey into cloud, to help them put together a strategy to move their business forward into cloud products.

"We’re in on the ground floor, getting involved from the very beginning in delivering the training to them so that they can start the conversation around cloud with their customers. One of our people will then join as an adviser to coach them in designing a solution and put together a proposal, to help them close opportunities that they have.

"With our offering it’s not just a building block, it’s not just the product, it’s the whole thing. It’s assistance from the very start and all the way through the process."
