Kingma takes senior role at QPC

Contact centre specialist QPC has appointed Justin Kingma as a senior consultant.

"Justin's addition to the company is testament to the strong growth our business has achieved in both sales and expanded skills market capability," said QPC commercial director Peter Levine.

Kingma joins QPC from VicRoads where he held several roles including workforce operations manager and senior contact centre manager.
