Contact centre specialist QPC has appointed Justin Kingma as a senior consultant.

"Justin's addition to the company is testament to the strong growth our business has achieved in both sales and expanded skills market capability," said QPC commercial director Peter Levine.

"Justin's experience as a consumer of contact centre technologies and a business strategist will be an invaluable asset to our company moving forward.
